my mission

To better people’s lives through information.

But what does that mean? It means I have a sincere passion and drive for helping others succeed. It means I’ve devoted my entire career in the nonprofit, higher education, and library sectors to making sure people gain the knowledge necessary to enhance both their personal and professional lives.

I do that by asking the right questions to understand what organizations really need, not what they think they need. By teaching clients how to learn for themselves and gain confidence in their knowledge. By sharing my unique blend of experience and education in strategy, systems, and analysis to empower nonprofits’ capacity for smarter planning, stronger relationships, and better futures.

Nichole is a unicorn: she can see both the big picture and the details, and apply her expertise to both strategy and execution.

my background

Throughout my very diverse career, I’ve acted as fundraiser, operations manager, educator, and librarian…sometimes all at once! But building community support for incredible organizations and providing them with the infrastructure to sustain real growth has always been at the core of everything I do.

I’ve worked with Seattle Goodwill, Cornish College of the Arts, Special Bunny, King County Library System, University of Washington, and Seattle Symphony, just to name a few. Let’s connect today and find out what I can do for you!
